Timothy is uniquely positioned to lead our team, blending his extensive legal background with high-level executive experience. He excels at navigating complex regulatory landscapes, fostering key industry relationships, and driving initiatives that shape the future of aviation.

Timothy’s career is marked by significant leadership roles. His journey began in law, where he became a managing partner at Gammon & Grange, P.C., providing corporate and general counsel to numerous trade associations. His deep interest in aviation led him to the National Air Transportation Association (NATA), a prominent trade organization representing over 3,700 aviation businesses.

At NATA, Timothy held multiple leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, before serving as President and CEO. In this role, he was a powerful advocate for members, guiding the industry through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and championing the growth of sustainable aviation. He played a key role in founding the Business Aviation Coalition for Sustainable Aviation Fuel and the Council on Sustainable Fuels Accountability, initiatives focused on advancing the proliferation of sustainable aviation fuels (SAF). Following his time at NATA, Timothy was the Chief Legal Officer and interim CEO for Alder Fuels, where he further solidified his expertise in developing sustainable aviation fuel technologies.

Timothy’s accomplishments include successfully advocating for the industry on Capitol Hill, leading transformative policy changes, and fostering a strong, cohesive business aviation community. His work has consistently focused on operational and regulatory excellence, earning him a reputation as a trusted leader and a formidable problem-solver in the aviation space.
